Welcome to the Digital Garage
IGNA Online is where code meets the campsite — a personal tech lab and outdoor journal built by Aram, a network engineer who believes the best projects happen when you mix curiosity with capability.
What started as a documentation project for homelab builds and Jeep mods has grown into something bigger: a resource hub with in-depth guides, honest reviews, and hands-on tutorials covering everything from Cisco networking to off-road fabrication, from AI automation to PC gaming rigs.
Every post is written to be the guide I wish I had when I started. Whether you’re configuring your first VLAN, setting up Docker on a Raspberry Pi, or welding a custom roll cage — this is real experience, documented for anyone who wants to learn.
What I Build
MARA Toolkit
A production network automation platform I built for managing Cisco device refreshes. FastAPI backend, Vue 3 frontend, PostgreSQL database, all containerized with Docker. Handles scanning, config generation, port mapping, and topology visualization.

Jeep TJ Build
Custom roll cage fabrication with precision welding, Barnes 4WD long-arm suspension install, and full overlanding setup. This is hands-on metalwork and engineering — measuring angles, cutting tube, and building something that keeps you safe on the trail.

AI Content Pipeline
This blog’s content is generated by an automated system I built using n8n workflow automation, Claude CLI, and the WordPress REST API. It picks topics from a spreadsheet, researches and writes full articles, assigns categories and tags, and publishes every 3 days — all hands-off.

What I Cover
Networking
Cisco IOS/XE/XR, BGP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs — from homelab switches to enterprise routing. This is my day job and my passion.
Automation & Homelab
Docker, Ansible, Proxmox, Home Assistant, self-hosted everything. If it can be containerized or scripted, I’ve probably written about it.
Off-Road & Outdoor
Jeep builds, overlanding, recovery gear, camp cooking, and GPS apps. Real trail-tested content.
Gaming & Hardware
PC builds, gaming monitors, mechanical keyboards, handheld consoles. Practical picks for every budget.
Crypto & Blockchain
Bitcoin, Ethereum Layer 2, market analysis, and blockchain tech. Data-driven — never financial advice.
About the Writing
The blog posts on IGNA Online are written by AI-powered personas — each specializing in a different topic area. The content pipeline uses Claude (Anthropic’s AI) to research topics, write detailed guides, and publish them automatically every 3 days.
The five writing personas — Alex Torres (homelab & automation), Sarah Chen (networking & crypto), Jake Morrison (off-road & outdoor), Jimmy Whitlock (gaming & hardware), and Mara (founder/editor) — each have distinct voices and expertise areas. They’re AI-generated, but the topics, direction, and quality standards come from my real experience in these fields.
I built this automation system because I wanted to share knowledge at scale while working full-time as a network engineer. The AI writes, but the experience behind the content is real.
